AID YOUR BODY’S TRANSFORMATION
After birth, your body will never be as it was pre-pregnancy. Embracing all that having a baby does for us as mothers is part of the process of healing our bodies. Postnatal yoga private sessions addresses diastasis recti, pelvic floor healing and specific issues of strengthening and lengthening for each mama. The soonest after birth I recommend to schedule postnatal fitness of any kind is 6 weeks.
